i love this kid! i know i say that about pretty much all the kids i shoot. this one is different tho! ive loved this kid since before i shot her! skyler and my daughter have been friends since the 3rd grade. its been great seeing her grow up! now, if she doesnt stop hounding me to see some of the pictures from her session then i may have a few different words to say about her, lol!! just joking. love you sky!

if you live in the city (oklahoma city or nearby) you know how hot its been these past few days! well i think i sweated off a few pounds during this session. i was tempted to trade in those sweated pounds for some ice cream, but decided against it. lol. it was MORE than worth it though to capture a few images of this beautiful baby boy and his beautiful mama!!

my poor blog. i feel like ive completely neglected it - its only been a few weeks, but still! one of those weeks i spent in kansas city competing with my team mates from school in a skillsUSA competition. i am VERY proud to say we brought home the GOLD! we kicked some serious booty! our overall score was 94.82% . national champions! i'm so proud of our team! the week off was very nice but its time to get back to work! i had two sessions today. one, head shots for a special young lady and the other, a ladybug birthday party for a very cute one year old! and, since i cant post without including a picture - heres one from today!
