soooo.....i have this little love affair with natural hair and hairstyles. its pretty bad. actually its really bad. as a little therapy and inspiration i've decided to seek out and photograph a few (okay about 20) beautiful individuals in all of their kinky, curly, fro-ey beauty and title this project :naturally u: at the end of the summer, september 15th to be exact, from 2 -4pm at the mwc library we will be having a gallery exhibit showcasing the images from each of these sessions! please come join us to celebrate the beauty that is natural hair and be inspired by all that it does! take a minute or two to watch the video and get just a taste of what is to come!!

awww john has found him a sweet little girl to settle down with! we spent a little time together saturday to capture their engagement session. these two - really cute together! i just realized that they are kissing in both of these images. they did that. a lot. on cue and definitely off cue!!

i have been photographing miss skyler shea for years. most definitely one of my most favorite people to shoot!! back in april we set out to do a little mini session for skyler to get a few headshots for the national miss pageant. welllll. we got those and yep my girl came home with first place!!! so so proud of her!! check out her and her little man that we got a few images of during the session!
