i feel a bit like the saturday night live reporter trying to summarize all the events of the weekend up. first day of holiday mini sessions this weekend - it went fantabulous! also shot two other family sessions and part one of a senior session! here's just a snippet of a few images from a few of the sessions!!

i CANNOT believe how fast 2012 has flown by! it makes me a little sad actually :(
what does make me happy though is the prospect of a new family picture! i am determined this year to have a decent and presentable picture AND send said picture out in christmas cards! i have yet to book my session or choose what my family will be wearing but thats beside the point. just know that i WILL make it happen!! fortunately you wont have the problems that i'm having. with this year's holiday mini sessions ive done at least half the work for you!! for $99 you'll receive a 20 minute mini session, an 8x10 print to keep for yourself, 2 5x7 prints to give away (hey, can give one to each grandparent) and 25 4x5 (very hot) metallic cards! like i said - ive done the work for you! just show up, nicely dressed and i'll take over from there. there are only 6 spots available for each date. booking will be first come / first booked / first served. sessions of course must be booked in advance. time and location will be discussed at that time. if both dates fill up we may look at opening one more day for sessions.

 i so loved meeting and shooting miss asti! she was so easy to work with and was so natural when it came to moving and posing. we actually evolved to trying hard to be awkward! this girl had the "smizing" down to a science and though i think she has such a beautiful smile - my focus in every one of these images is immediately drawn to her eyes!! i'm sure i'll be sharing more from her session soon - stay tuned!!

nicholas was SO easy to shoot! usually it actually takes a little more to pull things out of guys when you have them in front of the camera but he was a natural. i am lovin' the black and white images of him. i had to throw at least one color in there since it was pretty amazing too but my heart is really drawn to the black and whites!
